Give The House A Home is a campaign to build something lasting for the ministry of The House. Not another temporary space. Not another borrowed building. A real, lasting home that anchors this ministry for generations of college students This is your opportunity to become a Legacy Partner: someone whose generosity becomes the literal ground on which the next hundred years of student ministry are built.

PHASE 1: FOUNDATION FUND We reach our initial down payment goal to secure the property, complete our due diligence, and lay the groundwork for everything that follows. Goal: $700k by June 10.

PHASE 2: LEGACY FUND We renovate existing office space and secure temporary worship space to meet the ministry’s immediate needs and begin operating from the property. Meanwhile, we launch our capital campaign and reach our full funding goal of $3.5m.

PHASE 3: BUILD OUT With the Legacy Fund raised, we break ground. These dollars fund the build-out: a 6,000 sq. ft. ministry hub for daily student life, plus a worship center that seats more than 350 college students right on McCallie Avenue and the corner of the UTC campus.

PHASE 4: LAUNCH We open the doors to a new era of student ministry - a permanent hub of faith and friendship where students fall in love with Jesus and become like Him for years to come.
